Please note:

The installer will not uninstall version 5, instead version 6 is installed into a different directory. The ToonTown Spoofer includes help documentation and automatic updating. While actual internal versioning lists 6, this is essentially a beta. Content Packs created with 6 cannot yet be uploaded to SpoofStorage, we will update SpoofStorage a little later to support the new format. News on the Connect window still is displaying the holiday animation and will be updated soon.

As we get closer to the release of The ToonTown Spoofer V6, we are going to be updating SpoofStorage to support the new content pack format as well as fix several bugs. All existing content packs that are approved and published will be migrated to the new site.

 

Anyone who has uploaded to SpoofStorage, please check that your upload is published by accessing SpoofStorage management and clicking the link titled "click here to post your pack". Uploads that are not published, may or may not be migrated to the new version of SpoofStorage. There are around 50 processed, moderated content packs that are pending. Thank you for reading!

Today we are introducing the new Gag-A-Matic for V6 of The ToonTown Spoofer. This new version has no lag, delay or flickering, which can be seen in previous versions. We have also added all the new SOS cards as well as completely redesigned the buttons, interface and usage is easier then ever.

We have begun working on the next major update for The ToonTown Spoofer and will post more information soon. Here is a screenshot of the new, working MakePackage:

 

 

There are substantial updates in both performance, stability and ease of use. Content Packs will be easier to create with a simpler, less cluttered interface. Content Packs will also support patching, which allows users to create smaller updates. The Content Pack format has been updated, however MakePackage and the new ToonTown Spoofer will still be backwards compatible.

 

All utilities are being full updated. The PNG splitting utility allow users to specify the new background color before splitting into JPG/RGB:

 

 

Searching for files has been streamlined, you can filter JPG images from a specific model, or filter only audio files. Files are now listed in logical order like Explorer. Some features have been removed, such as the need to setup temporary/storage folders which is done automatically now. There is a built in RTF editor for your Content Pack's description as well as the existing ability to open pView. Update identification has been removed and there is a new update format which supports patching and will be detailed later.
