Welcome to The ToonTown Spoofer!

The worlds only Unofficial ToonTown Expansions including the worlds only automatic fisherman, Joe Fish, and automatic gardener, Gardener Flora! The ToonTown Spoofer was created initially as a easy way to play multiple ToonTown windows at once. It has significantly evolved since that day over 3 years ago!

Installing:

To begin installing The ToonTown Spoofer you should download the latest version (check forums) and run "TheToonTownSpooferSetup.exe". Follow along with the installer to begin!

Registration & Authentication:

All users of The ToonTown Spoofer are required to enter their name and key.

Stars:

1. After you have purchased, your name (usually the name for which you purchased under) will be displayed. Your name might be altered slightly so be sure to verify it on the site or email!
2. Enter your unique security key which was displayed on the website or emailed. Example: 1234-1234-1234-1234 (no need to enter dashes into The ToonTown Spoofer for your key)
3. After purchasing you will see buttons to automatically copy your name and key to the clipboard. Doing so allows you to quickly press the paste button on the welcome window. If this does not work as intended please just type them in manually!
4. Click the Submit button to continue with authorization, you must have an available internet connect to perform validation!

Be sure the name and key are entered exactly as displayed on the site or in the accompanied email. If you enter any extra spaces, quotation marks or dashes, your activation will be returned as invalid! On successful completion you will be notified and thanked for registering, if this is your first registration please note you may install The ToonTown Spoofer on 3 total computers, following that additional registrations will be denied. Please email support@thespoofnet.com if you have any additional questions or need help with registering.

Note: You can install The ToonTown Spoofer as many times as needed on each of your three computer uses!

Window Modes:

There are two different modes The ToonTown Spoofer has available:

Visual Mode

Visual Mode is an interactive interface to use The ToonTown Spoofer. (figure 2.0)

Stars:

1. Currently selected item's title.
2. Opens Direct Connect
3. Click to open selected item.
4. Buttons to browse available features, you can also use arrow keys Left & Right and Enter to select.
5. From left to right: minimize The ToonTown Spoofer, restore The ToonTown Spoofer to the taskbar, and exit.

You can click and drag at any location which is not a button to move the Visual Mode window.

Taskbar Mode

Using The ToonTown Spoofer in taskbar mode (figure 3.1) allows access to all of the features. You can to Visual Mode in this menu. To access taskbar mode, simply right click on the TT located next to the clock in the taskbar. You can also double click the icon to open Direct Connect quickly.

Direct Connect

Logging Into ToonTown:

Direct Connect is used to login and install ToonTown as well as any Content Packs used. (figure 4.0)

Stars:

1. Select the server you wish to connect to. Generally people from the United States will need to select the US server and people from Europe will need to select the UK server.
2. Enter your ToonTown username and password. The same login details used to play vanilla ToonTown from either the standard Disney ToonTown Launcher or via the ToonTown websites.
3. Direct Connect will download a completely identical copy of ToonTown except in a sub folder of the install folder. This separates the version of ToonTown The ToonTown Spoofer uses from any other ToonTown installs.
4. Save your username and passwords by clicking the key icon. Please note that this is only recommended for single user installs. Be sure you do not save passwords on any computer which is publicly accessible.

Multi-Tooning:

The ability to play multiple toons at once was the initial reason The ToonTown Spoofer was created. To play multiple toons at once, simple login to separate ToonTown accounts! You can play as many accounts at once as your computer will allow.

Content Packs:

The ability to use Content Packs within ToonTown is the latest and greatest achievement of The ToonTown Spoofer. With this ability you have the power to redesign ToonTown. You can change any image within ToonTown as well as the music and sound effects. You are able to install user created Content Packs quickly with the ability to download updates automatically from any server worldwide.

Stars:

1. The enable / disable button in the Content Pack window controls whether The ToonTown Spoofer will use Content Packs. The first time you enable them, The ToonTown Spoofer will create a backup of all the ToonTown files. If you disable Content Packs, The ToonTown Spoofer will remove all packs and restore ToonTown from the backup copy.
2. The currently visible pack's information.
3. Browse all of the packs you have available with the arrow button displayed.
4. Open a new pack which has the file extension of TTP, you can also open new packs by simply double clicking on their icon.
5. If The Spoof Net's NightLife Content Pack is not available, click this button to add it!
6. Click the Create Your Own button to begin developing your own pack with the included MakePackage application.

My Gallery:

My Gallery is a dynamic and fun way to browse your past screen shots from ToonTown!

Stars:

1. My Gallery!
2. Sort your screen shots by the date of creation.
3. View options or close My Gallery.
4. Browse screen shots.

My Gallery Options:

Stars:

1. Folders for My Gallery to look for screen shots.
2. Folders to ignore.
3. Images which you do not want included in My Gallery.
4. If you delete images with My Gallery, you can have My Gallery remove them to the recycle bin instead of permanintly. Check scan folders if you would like My Gallery to check all of the sub folders of the folders to scan.

Invasions:

Invasions is a simple tool included with The ToonTown Spoofer to time invasions.

Stars:

1. Start timing invasion.
2. Stop timing invasion.

You can use the Top checkbox to keep Invasions ontop of all other applications. In the future this tool may connect to The Spoof Net (optionally) to track invasions with all of the other players.

Race Track:

Race Track is a tool used to keep track of the many races needed to max your toon. The + (plus) and - (minus) buttons will increment and decrement the number of wins or qualifies you have completed while the "..." button will let you enter a specific number. Qualifies will automatically increment if the Auto Update Qualifies is enabled in options.

Advanced Controls:

Using the Remote:

The ToonTown Spoofer includes a remote controller for ToonTown, using the keyboard you can control 2 ToonTown windows simultaneously.

Stars:

1. If you move your mouse over the remote, the Setup and Close buttons will fade in. Select the Setup button to continue setting up the controller.
2. You must locate both windows you wish to control. Click and hold on the find window buttons and move your mouse over the desired ToonTown window.
3. If you use the remote a lot, it is best to keep it ontop of other applications so you can use gags without the remote losing focus. If you have lag, uncheck controller animations which will use a static image for the remote.
4. Many games use the keys W A S D to control characters, The ToonTown Spoofer has a new spin on that concept, using those keys to control the first ToonTown window. E or V will throw pies in the VP and left shift will jump.
5. The second ToonTown window is controlled with the standard arrow keys UP DOWN LEFT RIGHT, right Control for jumping and 0 on the number pad or End to throw pies.

Note: There is a more visual representation for using the controls in the Mini-Guide on the Setup window. While these controls may seem confusing, they are actually about where your fingers will fall on your keyboard!

Using Hotkeys:

The ToonTown Spoofer has a wide range of default hotkeys available to use. You can enable them via the taskbar window mode and inside Options. Inside Options you can create your own combination of hotkeys to move, talk and/or move the mouse.

Default hotkeys added:

• ALT key or Number Pad 0 or Number Pad 8: stops other hotkeys, presses the UP key repeatedly to keep your toon moving forward.
• Number Pad 4: stops other hotkeys, presses the LEFT key every 1 second, moves the mouse to a random position every 1 minute. This can be used to keep your toon awake.
• Number Pad 6: stops other hotkeys, presses the RIGHT key every 1 second, moves the mouse to a random position every 1 minute. This can be used to keep your toon awake.
• Number Pad 1: stops other hotkeys, presses the CONTROL key (for jumping) every 1 second, moves the mouse to a random position every 1 minute. This can be used to keep your toon awake.
• Number Pad 5: stops all hotkeys.
• A + CONTROL: stops all actions and turns off or on hotkeys.
• F2: switches ToonTown windows.

Note: In options you can change these presets, remove them or create new ones!

Options:

Main Options:

The ToonTown Spoofer has a variety of options which can customize your experience.

Stars:

1. Screen shot relocating can be used to save your screenshots in a location other then the ToonTown folder.
• Select a folder that you want your screen shots saved to.
• Check the On box to activate.
• Check Personalize if you would like to name each one as they are taken.
2. Start Up / Shut Down:
• As requested, The ToonTown Spoofer can start with windows automatically.
• Optionally upon exiting The ToonTown Spoofer, all ToonTown windows can be terminated.
3. ToonTown Options:
• Some 3rd party ToonTown applications require the default ToonTown title to be visible. Check use default ToonTown Title if you are using one.
• Dual Processors is a feature which will spread the processing power needed by ToonTown onto multiple processors. This is used by default and is always recommended when available.
• ToonTown Window Opacity is a rather obscure ability. When enabled, you can right click on the title bar of ToonTown (at the very top of the ToonTown window where it says ToonTown) and select different transparency settings for the window. The best way to understand this is to try it out!
4. Tool Options:
   • Use Skins: The ToonTown Spoofer uses graphical tools to make it's windows more smooth and pleasant. If you have trouble or excess lag with this, you can disable it. You can also start The ToonTown Spoofer in No Skin Mode which is found inside the Start Menu.
   • On some computers, the custom transparency used in the Remote and Visual Mode do not work as intended. If the graphics appear off, uncheck Custom Remote Borders.
   • Content Pack's Port: This needs to be a valid, unused port that ToonTown will connect to. This is only needed if you are using Content Packs. The ToonTown Spoofer uses this port to take incoming connections from ToonTown. This is not used to connect to any external computers, only your own to deliver one text file needed to properly load ToonTown without errors.

Hotkeys:

The ToonTown Spoofer allows a wide range of possible hotkey combinations for playing ToonTown. (figure 10.1)

Stars:

1. This is a list of all hotkeys currently added and available for use. Select any one of them to change actions or hotkeys used.
2. Click the Add button to begin creating a new hotkey. Click Remove to remove the selected hotkey. Click the reset to defaults button if you wish to clear out any hotkeys and restore the default hotkeys.
3. Available keys to associate with actions. Select a key to be used and check one or a combination of CONTROL, ALT or SHIFT keys.
4. Enter the title of the selected action, you can also opt to have this text typed into ToonTown automatically.
5. Available commands to use:
   • Stop other actions: Stops all over hotkeys.
   • Move mouse: Randomly moves the mouse at the rate specified. Rate: Whole number, 1000 = 1 second. 60000 = 1 minute.
   • Turn Off / On Hotkeys: Activates or deactivates hotkeys.
   • Switch TT Windows: Changes between open ToonTown windows similar to using ALT-TAB.
   • Combo box of available keys to be pressed. Select one (or none) to be pressed inside ToonTown.
   • Repeat: If you would like this button to be pressed multiple times check this box. Rate: The time between each press: Whole number, 1000 = 1 second. 60000 = 1 minute.
   • Turn off on 2nd press: Stops the current action when the hotkey is pressed a 2nd time. (recommended to be used)

Rules and Regulations:

Rule 1: Do not speak about The ToonTown Spoofer or The ToonTown Spoofer's features inside of ToonTown! Disney's ToonTown does not allow any form of software promotion or advertising, doing so can result in a suspension.

Rule 2: If you decide to make Content Packs with the included tools, be sure they are 100% G rated! No inappropriate content will be accepted on The Spoof Net nor condoned. You may lose your account for distributing such content, remember this is still Disney's game! YOU WILL NOT CREATE OR USE ANY INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT!!
